SLR 25-5.001: PRESENTMENT OF EX P ARTE MATTERS

Ex parte matters in a case assigned to a judge shall be presented to that judge if practicable. If the case is not assigned, ex parte matters should be presented at 9:30 AM to the designated general calendar judge. The general calendar judge may at their discretion refer cases back to previously assigned judge.
