SLR 22-13.055: Referring Cases to Arbitration

Cases subject to arbitration will be referred to arbitration as follows: (1) Within 30 days when the case is at issue unless otherwise ordered by the Presiding Judge; or Page 23 of 29 Reissued: February 1, 2026 22nd Judicial District Crook/Jefferson Counties (2) At any time as specifically directed by the judge to whom the case is assigned, or by the Presiding Judge. (3) An arbitrator may make written application to the Presiding Judge to have a referred case removed from arbitration under ORS 36.405(2)(b).
