SLR 20-5.032: Civil Trial Dates Within 9 Months From Case Initiation

(1) Civil stipulated trial dates need to be within 9 months from case initiation. (2) Any proposed trial dates beyond 9 months from case initiation require a motion, affidavit and proposed order, which will be reviewed and ruled on by the Presiding Judge.
