SLR 20-12.015: Privacy, Confidentiality and Records

Subject to the exceptions in ORS 36.220: (1) All mediation proceedings shall be private and all communications made shall be confidential. (2) Any individual engaged in mediation proceedings shall not be examined in any civil or criminal action as to such communications, and such communications shall not be used in any civil or criminal action without the consent of the parties to the mediation.
