SLR 20-12.011: Domestic Relations Matters Subject to Mediation

(1) Mandatory Mediation: Any action filed in the court involving a controversy over custody or parenting time of minor children shall be subject to mediation. (2) Other Matters: If both parties agree, the mediator may deal with other matters at issue, such as property distribution and support.
