SLR 2-7.006: HOURS OF TRIAL

Unless the trial judge shall otherwise direct, trial of cases takes place Tuesday through Friday and shall commence at the hour of 10:00 a.m. and continue until 12:00 p.m., shall reconvene at 1:30 p.m. and continue until 5:00 p.m. Once commenced, trial shall continue until completed. 02/01/2026 2nd Judicial District - Lane County Circuit Court Supplementary Local Rules 13
