SLR 2-16.003: PRETRIAL MOTIONS AND DEMURRERS

Chapter 4 of these rules regarding pretrial motions and demurrers in criminal cases also applies to pretrial motions and demurrers in applicable by law to violation cases. The rules contained in Chapter 4 of the Lane County Supplementary Local Rules regarding pretrial motions and demurrers in criminal cases, shall apply to violations with respect to any pretrial motion or demurrer applicable by law in a violation case.
