SLR 2-13.122: REQUEST FOR WAIVER OR DEFERRAL OF ARBITRATOR COMPENSATION

A party may request waiver or deferral of arbitration fees within 14 days of the case being transferred to arbitration. The request must be submitted in the form of a standard motion and order to waive or defer court fees. The form for requesting a waiver or deferral of court fees is available on the court’s website.
