Edition: 2026Effective: UnknownLast verified: 2026-09-07
(1) In any contested dissolution of marriage and dissolution of domestic partnership action, if there are any disputes regarding the value or disposition of items of property or liabilities, the parties may confer and jointly prepare a list of all property and liabilities the court will be asked to distribute. Each party shall indicate their opinion regarding fair market value for each item listed and their proposed distribution of the property and liability (described individually or by groupings, as counsel may agree). The parties may use the Statement of Assets and Liabilities form (www.courts.oregon.gov/courts/columbia/help/Pages/forms.aspx). (2) In the event parties file separate statements, such statements must include all assets and liabilities which either or both parties claim to be subject to distribution by the court. Each party’s statement of assets and liabilities shall use the agreed-u pon terminology for each asset and liability. If the parties are unable to agree on terminology for any particular asset or liability, each party shall refer to each such asset or liability with their own preferred terminology, followed immediately by the opposing party’s terminology for that item in parentheses. (a) Assets and Liabilities shall be listed in the same order. If the parties are unable to agree upon the listing order, petitioner’s listing order shall prevail, and respondent’s statement and any other party’s statement shall follow the petitioner’s listing order. (3) Statements of assets and liabilities, whether filed jointly or separately, shall, to the extent possible, also reflect the following: (a) Disputed property should be grouped separately from undisputed property; (b) Sub-totals should be reflected for each category and grouping; and (c) The fair market values should be indicated for all vehicles listed. (4) Each party must provide the other party with their exhibit list at least seven (7) days prior to the final hearing. (5) The joint property list exhibit is to be prepared pre-trial and submitted to the court at the beginning of the final hearing. 19th Judicial District - Columbia County Circuit Court Supplementary Local Rules 2026 14
