SLR 18-8.121: Informal Domestic Relations Trials (IDRT)

(1) All parties in a domestic relations case may choose to have an IDRT or a traditional trial. In order to have an IDRT, all parties must agree to an IDRT. If any party to the case does not agree to an IDRT, the court will set a traditional trial. (2) Information about the IDRT process is available on the court’s website.
