SLR 18-7.013: Release of Defendant upon Order on Arraignment

If the court does not have a current release agreement when an Order on Arraignment is entered, defendant shall report to the Clatsop County Jail within twenty-one (21) days of the entry of the Order on Arraignment to sign a conditional release agreement and to be processed unless otherwise ordered.
