SLR 13-2.141: Waiver or Deferral of Court Costs and Fees

Applications for waiver or defer ral of fees shall be accompanied by an affidavit or declaration executed by the party seeking such waiver or defer ment. Applications shall be reviewed by court staff applying standards set by the Oregon Judicial Department. An application for fee waiver or deferment must be filed concurrently with an initiating document.
