SLR 13-12.045: Domestic Relations Mediators

(1) To qualify as a court-approved domestic relations mediator, a person must: (a) Meet all applicable requirements for domestic relations mediators established by CJO 05-028 and UTCR Chapter 12. (b) Sign and submit to the trial court administrator an original application setting forth the information required by the Oregon Judicial Department; and (c) Receive approval by the presiding judge, after consultation with the circuit court judges for the 13th Judicial District.
