SLR 12-13.015: REFERRAL TO ARBITRATION; MOTIONS

(1) A case subject to arbitration shall be transferred to arbitration when the case is at issue. The court may remove a case from arbitration at any time. (2) All motions, except those set forth below, shall be decided by the arbitrator as provided in UTCR 13.040 (3).
