SLR 11-16.005: TRIAL BY AFFIDAVIT OR DECLARATION UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY

If a signed waiver is filed by the alleged violator, testimony in a traffic infraction or violation trial is allowable by affidavit or by declaration under penalty of perjury. A copy of the affidavit(s) or declaration(s) will be made available to all parties before the trial. CHAPTER 20 – VOLUNTARY ARBITRATION
