SLR 1-7.015: Appearance at Criminal Case Pretrial Conference; Postponements

(1) The trial date and status check conference will be scheduled for in-custody defendants within 60 days of arraignment unless speedy trial is waived, or provisions of ORS 136.295 apply and for out-of-custody defendants within 70–90 days of the pretrial conference unless special circumstances exist.
