SLR 1-11.022: Waiver of Jurisdiction on Juveniles for Traffic, Boating and Game Violations

Pursuant to Presiding Judge Order 22-11 all cases involving a juvenile and an alleged violation of the Oregon Vehicle Code, Municipal traffic laws and any Oregon boating and/or game laws, are waived into Jackson Circuit Court, Jackson Justice Court or appropriate Municipal court.
