ORS 757.905: Adoption of bylaws.

The board of directors of Oregon Community Power may adopt bylaws necessary to administer ORS 757.812 to 757.950, including but not limited to: (1) Bylaws establishing the information the board must make available to the public prior to conducting a ratemaking hearing. (2) Bylaws establishing procedures for conducting a ratemaking hearing that provide for substantially the same procedures as set forth in ORS 183.415, 183.425, 183.440 and 183.450.
