ORS 743.245: Variable life insurance policy provisions.

A variable life insurance policy shall contain a provision stating the essential features of the procedures to be followed by the insurer in determining benefits thereunder. Such a policy, and any certificate evidencing such a policy, shall contain on its first page a clear and prominent statement to the effect that benefits thereunder are variable. [1973 c.435 §14]
