ORS 731.116: “Person.”

“Person” means an individual or a business entity. For the purpose of this definition, “business entity” means a corporation, association, partnership, limited liability company, limited liability partnership or other legal entity. [1967 c.359 §24; 1983 c.327 §12; 2001 c.191 §21]
