ORS 723.126: Enforcement actions.

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may institute any action or other proceeding that the director considers necessary for enforcing any provision of this chapter or any rule, order or action adopted, issued or taken by the director under this chapter. [1987 c.215 §10]
