ORS 713.170: Registered office or agent.

An out-of-state state bank or extranational institution authorized to conduct banking business in this state shall have and continuously maintain in this state: (1) A registered office that may be, but need not be, the same as the out-of-state state bank’s or extranational institution’s place of business in this state.
