ORS 701.520: Construction Contractors Board Lead-Based Paint Activities Fund.

The Construction Contractors Board Lead-Based Paint Activities Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Construction Contractors Board Lead-Based Paint Activities Fund shall be credited to the fund. The fund consists of moneys received by the Construction Contractors Board under ORS 701.995. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Construction Contractors Board for the purposes of lead poisoning prevention, including consumer and industry outreach, public education and other activities.
