ORS 693.165: Disposition of receipts.

All moneys received by the Department of Consumer and Business Services or the State Plumbing Board under ORS 447.010 to 447.156, 447.992 and 455.895 (1)(a) and this chapter shall be paid into the Consumer and Business Services Fund created by ORS 705.145.
