ORS 687.410: When use of title authorized.

A person may not use the title “licensed direct entry midwife,” any abbreviation thereof or the initials “L.D.M.” unless the person possesses an active license issued under ORS 687.405 to 687.495. [1993 c.362 §16; 2013 c.314 §25]
