ORS 65.317: Staggered terms for directors.

A corporation’s articles of incorporation or bylaws may provide for staggering the terms of directors by dividing the total number of directors into groups. The terms of office of the several groups need not be uniform. [1989 c.1010 §75; 2019 c.174 §54]
