ORS 62.135: Bylaws.

The initial bylaws of a cooperative shall be adopted by its board of directors. Power to alter, amend or repeal the bylaws or adopt new bylaws is vested in the members of the cooperative. Bylaws may contain any provisions for the regulation and management of the affairs of the cooperative not inconsistent with law or the articles. [1957 c.716 §8]
