ORS 599.273: Questions of livestock ownership and possession.

After livestock enter the premises of a livestock auction market, if a question of the right of ownership or possession arises, the livestock shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 604.056. [1967 c.368 §3; 1981 c.248 §17]
