ORS 509.645: Filing protest with commission; review and determination by commission; alternative dispute resolution.

(1) A person owning or operating an artificial obstruction may request alternative dispute resolution at any point in the process of determining fish passage requirements. (2) A person owning or operating an artificial obstruction may file a protest with the State Fish and Wildlife Commission within 30 days from the receipt of the State Department of Fish and Wildlife determinations under ORS 509.585. The person shall identify the grounds for protesting the department’s determinations.
