ORS 477.355: Fire wardens generally.

(1) The State Forester shall appoint one or more district fire wardens for each forest protection district. (2) The State Forester shall appoint such additional fire wardens as are needed to enforce this chapter. [1965 c.253 §86; 1997 c.274 §8]
