ORS 464.480: Procedure for suspension, revocation or denial of license.

Whenever the Department of Justice proposes to suspend or revoke or refuse to issue or renew a license or permit, opportunity for a hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183. [1987 c.914 §13]
