ORS 450.788: Law applicable to dissolution of authority.

A water authority or a sanitary authority formed under ORS 450.600 to 450.989 may be dissolved in the manner set forth in ORS 198.920 to 198.955 for other districts. [1993 c.577 §12] (Board and Elections)
