ORS 411.089: Receipts for documents supplied by applicants for and recipients of public assistance or medical assistance.

The Department of Human Services shall provide written receipts to applicants and recipients for all documents delivered to a local office by the applicant or recipient upon the request of the applicant or recipient. [Formerly 411.972]
