ORS 408.518: Agencies’ use of summary of benefits letter to determine eligibility.

When determining an applicant’s eligibility for benefits or services that are offered by or through a state agency, the state agency may use a summary of benefits letter from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. [2025 c.269 §1]
