ORS 407.415: Issuance of bonds.

In order to provide funds for the purposes specified in Article XI-A of the Oregon Constitution, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs may request the State Treasurer to issue bonds in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 286A.
