ORS 401.940: Immunity from liability for local personnel acting in line of duty; exception.

Personnel assigned under ORS 401.930, the state or a county, city or district is not liable for any injury to person or property resulting from the performance of any duty under ORS 401.930 or an assignment, use or response under ORS 401.930. However, this section does not confer immunity from liability for injury to person or property resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
