ORS 358.674: Types of property for which historic preservation loan may be made.

A loan from the Historic Preservation Revolving Loan Fund may be made for the rehabilitation of a historic property that is classified and specially assessed as provided in ORS 358.480 to 358.545 or any other historic property. [2001 c.540 §35]
