ORS 358.585: Rules.

In accordance with applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the State Parks and Recreation Commission may adopt rules, as requested by the Oregon Heritage Commission, for the administration of the laws that the commissions are charged with administering. [1995 c.428 §5]
