ORS 358.472: Legal counsel for heritage district.

The board of a heritage district may call upon the attorney for the heritage district for advice as to any district business. The attorney for the heritage district shall give advice when called on for advice by the board. The board may at any time employ special counsel for any purpose. [Formerly 198.988]
