ORS 341.311: Eminent domain.

A board may obtain by condemnation the title to any land it is authorized to acquire. Condemnation proceedings instituted by the board shall be conducted in accordance with and subject to the provisions of ORS chapter 35 except that the relator therein shall be the board. [1971 c.513 §6]
