ORS 323.406: Disclosure of license information.

Notwithstanding ORS 323.403, information on the license of a distributor or wholesaler is not confidential. The Department of Revenue may publicly disclose or publish a list of names of distributors or wholesalers, along with any other information set forth on a license. [2003 c.804 §16]
