ORS 30.025: Placement of damages in lawyer trust account or other account before distribution.

When damages for wrongful death are accepted or recovered in an action filed under ORS 30.020, the damages must be placed in the lawyer trust account for an attorney representing the personal representative in the estate or in the wrongful death claim or, upon order of the court, in an account subject to withdrawal only on order of the court, before being distributed under ORS 30.030.
