ORS 284.796: Rulemaking.

The Eastern Oregon Border Economic Development Board shall adopt rules to implement and administer the provisions of ORS 284.771 to 284.801 and may consult with the Oregon Business Development Department in the rulemaking process. [2017 c.703 §7; 2020 s.s.1 c.9 §8]
