ORS 246.190: Help America Vote Act complaint procedures; rules.

(1) The Secretary of State by rule shall establish administrative complaint procedures that meet the requirements of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (P.L. 107-252). (2) Complaints alleging violations of Title III of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (P.L. 107-252) must be filed as provided in rules adopted under this section.
