ORS 244.160: Filing of statement of economic interest by public official of political subdivision other than city or county.

(1) Any political subdivision in this state, other than a city or county, by resolution may require any public official of the subdivision to file a verified statement of economic interest with the Oregon Government Ethics Commission. (2) The political subdivision shall file a copy of the resolution with the commission. [1974 c.72 §9; 2007 c.865 §34]
