ORS 197.075: Department of Land Conservation and Development.

The Department of Land Conservation and Development is established. The department shall consist of the Land Conservation and Development Commission, the Director of the Department of Land Conservation and Development and their subordinate officers and employees. [1973 c.80 §4]
