ORS 195.060: Definition of “district.”

As used in ORS 195.020 and 195.065 to 195.085, unless the context requires otherwise, “district” or “special district” has the meaning given the term “district” in ORS 198.010 and also includes a county service district organized under ORS chapter 451. [1993 c.804 §12; 2023 c.13 §73]
