ORS 109.116: Validity of alleged genetic parent’s authorization, release or waiver.

Any authorization, release or waiver given by a child’s alleged genetic parent with reference to the custody or adoption of the child or the termination of parental rights shall be valid even if given prior to the child’s birth. [1975 c.640 §11; 2025 c.592 §122]
