ORS 105.050: Cotenant shall prove ouster.

In an action by a tenant in common of real property against a cotenant, the plaintiff shall show, in addition to the evidence of right of possession, that the defendant either denied the plaintiff’s right or did some act amounting to a denial. [Amended by 1969 c.591 §281]
