OAR 918-282-0030: Limited Energy Contractor License

A limited energy contractor: (1) Continuously employs at least one full-time Class "A" limited energy technician, Class "B" limited energy technician or general journeyman to act as a signing supervising electrician to obtain and sign permits; (2) Is limited to electrical work on limited energy systems and the scope of work authorized under the employed signing supervisor’s license; and (3) Is authorized to make, direct, supervise or control the making of an electrical installation, only if properly licensed.
